Driven by a profound commitment to making a difference, Sean Tiernan, CFRE leads as the Development Principal Partner at Mission Impact Partners. In this pivotal role, he ensures nonprofits across the nation have access to essential knowledge, strategic insights, and relationship-based fundraising techniques. Sean excels in forging strategic partnerships that mobilize resources, empowering vital programs that uplift communities. For him, fundraising is more than a profession—it's a calling, rooted in the belief that strategic philanthropy can create lasting, positive change.

PRINCIPAL PARTNER - ORGANIZATION AND PROGRAM GROWTH

Kimberly Robertson is the Organizational Growth Principal Partner at Mission Impact Partners with over 25 years of experience spanning from generating ideas to improve lives, to establishing nonprofits, to serving individuals and communities in need. She specializes in helping nonprofits dream big then make plans to get there through actionable strategies. Kimberly holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is a certified trainer in Bridges Out of Poverty. Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the complexities faced by organizations at various levels, turning challenges into opportunities for sustainable change.

PRINCIPAL PARTNER - MARKETING

Adri is passionate about making a difference in the world and believes when the right marketing campaigns are connected to a solid development and communications plan, everything comes together. She spent 11 years in Corporate CPG marketing management role, which gave her a unique view into running effective marketing campaigns that make an impact. Her passion project is connecting for-profit organizations with non-profits to create a lasting partnership and make an incredible impact on people’s lives.
